The International Blended Learning Conference (IBLC) was held annually from 2006 until 2012
The IBLC was established by the Blended Learning Unit, the University’s Centre for Excellence in Teaching and Learning (CETL) that ran from 2005 to 2010. Due to the success of the conference, it continued beyond the lifespan of the CETL initiative and was run as a joint event between the University of Hertfordshire and the JISC until 2012 when the last conference was held.
